Cancellation Policy

CONFIRMATION TEXT As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your appointment time. If you DO NOT confirm, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are every important to the 1 Knot Just Hair/ Mink Hair Bar Team Members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for 100% of the cost for your Service in which was scheduled. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. RETAINER FEE All clients are required to pay a retainer fee prior to booking or pay the retainer fee online that day (if booking online), which will go toward your services for that day & Credit Card will be held on file. In the case that the 48 -hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, 1KJH/MHB reserves the right to keep the retainer fee as it is non-refundable, and you will be charged 100% of the services or 100% of the services if you were to no show.. GUESTS Please DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. For the safety and sanitation of our guests, 1 Knot Just Hair/Mink Hair Bar does not allow children. LATENESS POLICY It is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and our same day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service. If you are running late, please text the salon and let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact us to cancel / reschedule and do not give a full 24-hour Notice or do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled. NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair service after leaving the Salon, you have 24 hours to contact the Salon to discuss options to resolve the issue. **IT IS PRIORITY TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH CONSULATION FOR ALL SERVICES
