Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!! You have our word!
What are your shipping options?
We have several options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the local Houston area we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
US Shipping - Our boutique offers flat rate shipping of $5.99 on all US orders! Just please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup from our storefront If you place your order before 12pm CST, it will be ready that same day! Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Wednesday -Friday 10:00am-2pm. Our physical address is 3724 Cypress Creek Parkway #246 Houston, TX 77068. Customers who haven't picked up their order within 7 days will be sent an email reminder. If order isn't picked up 7 days after the reminder, the item(s) will be restocked or donated. Be sure to check your spam folder!
Priority - 3 Business Days - $12.95 - Place your order by 12pm CST, and it will ship out the same business day. You should receive your order within 3 business days (excluding the order date).
2 Business Days - $21.95 - Place your order by 12pm CST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days (excluding the order date).
Next Day Shipping:
US - $46.95 - Place your order by 12pm, and we can ship it out that same day! It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Our business days are Tuesday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are NOT included in these delivery times.Expedited orders cannot ship to a PO or AP PSC Box.

Pre-Order Items -These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. If an order is placed with items that are both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship the items in stock out ASAP, then ship your pre-ordered item when it's received. If expedited shipping was purchased for your order that included both items in stock and pre-ordered items, we will expedite what is currently in stock, then use free standard shipping for the item(s) pre-ordered when they arrive to our warehouse.
